Recreation Dynamics is confident that you will be fully staisfied with the quality of the products you purchase from us. However, if you need to return an item, we will refund the purchase price of regularly stocked items less any tax, shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee ($35 minimum re-stocking fee applies).

To return an item, you must contact Customer Service toll free at 1-866-221-6999 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Recreation Dynamics will not accept shipments that are returned without RMAs and any shipping costs incurred for unauthorized return shipments will be the responsibility of the customer. Special Orders or customized equipment may not be returned.
